Welcome To The Gold Coast 8 Ball Association.

An organisation dedicated to excellence in cue sports through 8-ball pool on the Gold Coast. Our purpose is to showcase our sport through our region, spanning the wider Gold Coast community.

Established in August 1993, our association brings together individuals of the community who share a common interest in 8-ball pool with a professional and competitive edge.

At The Gold Coast 8 Ball Association, we have a place for all levels of ability, from our entry-level C Grade to our more advanced players in A Grade. Our mission is to offer a fun and competitive cue sport for all and to help foster the individuals’ abilities within our sport. Over the past 30+ years, our members have represented at local, state, and international levels.

The journey of our association continues in 2025 for the 32nd year.

Our association brings the community together weekly for a season lasting between 28–36 weeks a year for competition and 52 weeks a year as a community through friendships. We have players spanning from 1st-year newbies to over 30-year veterans across all our grades.

The 2025 season begins during the first week in February and is played in teams of four players on Wednesday ( B Grade), and Thursday ( A Grade) evenings. (C Grade) is played on Tuesday night with a team of 3 players. We invite you to contact us if you would like to join or are interested in more information.
